UK launch of National Open Centre - Westminister
Yesterday the National Open Centre was launched in Westminister, a first for the UK. The NOC focusing on both Open Source Software and Open Standards, will create a much needed forum for development of UK policies and strategies. Such a forum is essential if UK Government and UK industry, particularly SMEs, are not to fall behind the rest of Europe.
